About Scott Howard, JD, MCC
Scott Howard is an ICF-credentialed Master Certified Coach (MCC) and an associate coach on the Lawyers Life Coach team. He’s coached CEOs, senior leaders, attorneys, prominent architects, world-class academics, executives and high potentials. Past clients include the U. S. Air Force, Discover Card Services, U.S. Department of Energy, Studsvik, and Barclay Card of England. As a former Commander in the U. S. Coast Guard with 25-plus years of experience leading teams, he’s served on seven ships and five legal units in leadership positions.
Passionate about coaching, Scott is also on the faculty at Georgetown University in Washington, DC where he teaches coaching ethics and acts as the Director of Assessments. He is a former Vice-Chair of the ICF Independent Review Board where he adjudicated ethics violations in the coaching profession. In 2020, Scott became a Director at Large of the ICF Global Enterprise Board.
