Webinar Description

A coaching agreement is one of the top three ways coaches fall into trouble. We hear about the coaching agreement but what does it truly mean? Is it a competency, a document or a concept? Point of fact—it transcends core competencies and expands into the legalities and ethics of our industry.

In our discussion, we'll explore the coaching agreement and examine the ethical considerations central to it. You'll discover available resources and a tool for building a great coaching agreement.

Also, during the webinar, you’ll:

  • Learn about the updates to the Code of Ethics that just launched in January 2020
  • Be able to ask questions at the end concerning ethics and the coaching agreement
  • Receive a handout titled “The Coaching Agreement – Protecting the Client, the Profession and You"
