ICF-North Texas Celebrates 30 Years

We are thrilled to be commemorating our 30th year as ICF-North Texas!

For three decades, our chapter has been a vibrant community where coaches come together to learn, grow, and elevate the impact of coaching. As we continue to celebrate this milestone year, we honor the many leaders, members, and partners who have shaped our chapter’s legacy—and we look forward with excitement to the future we’re building together.

Celebrate Coaching 2025
30 Years of Impact  The Evolving Power of Coaching

Join ICF-North Texas for Celebrate Coaching 2025, our premier annual showcase celebrating three decades of transforming lives, leaders, careers, and organizations through coaching. As we mark our chapter’s 30th anniversary, this special event highlights the powerful role coaching plays in meeting real-life challenges wherever people live, lead, and grow. Registration opens September 3!

Calling All Coaches!
Pro Bono Opportunity Starts September 15

In partnership with the Dallas Bar Association, RELAUNCH 2025 is a transformative program helping attorneys return to legal practice or pivot into new career paths using their JD skill set. From September to December 2025, participants will learn from experts in face-to-face sessions, attend skill workshops, and benefit from group mentoring and one-on-one coaching—gaining clarity, confidence, and connection.

As a volunteer coach, you’ll guide 1–2 attorneys through their journey, offering presence, perspective, and practical support. The expected time commitment is approximately 13 hours, including participating in the coach orientation, conducting 3 individual coaching sessions, facilitating 5 mentoring pods, and attending the final celebration. The program also includes a series of career-building "mini-workshops" you are welcome to attend. All materials are provided—just bring your professional insight, active listening, and encouragement.

This is a powerful opportunity to make a tangible impact in the lives of professionals in transition while deepening your own coaching practice, skills and knowledge.

Sign up to volunteer here.

Coach Orientation: September 15, 2025, 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM CT (Teams). Recording available.
