Webinar Description:

In today's dynamic business landscape, executive coaching is no longer a luxury but a necessity. Traditional coaching methods, while valuable, often suffer from high costs and scheduling constraints. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is poised to revolutionize this space, offering personalized, real-time insights to enhance leadership skills. Unlike traditional methods that require in-person meetings, AI coaching is available 24/7, providing ongoing self-improvement opportunities.

AI coaching platforms offer a wide array of features specifically tailored for executives, including emotional intelligence training, decision-making simulators, and goal-setting modules. These platforms use data analytics to offer targeted advice, allowing executives to focus on their individual areas for growth.

However, it's important to address ethical concerns like data privacy and the nuances of human emotions, which AI might not fully capture. Human oversight remains crucial to balance the machine's capabilities. Although its often perceived that AI provides an unbiased perspective, free from human error, enabling a fresh approach to problem-solving and strategic planning, guidelines must be in place to enable this capability.

In this presentation, an introduction to AI and Large Language Models will be presented, while examining the good and the “bad” aspects of using them for coaching. Nuances, prompt engineering, and other aspects will be leveraged throughout the presentation for the first half of the session. For the second half, live demonstrations, as well as a Q&A session (both the presenter and the AI Chatbots), will show participants the power and dangers of using these toolsets.

Webinar Outcomes:

  • Understanding the Capabilities and Limitations of AI in Executive Coaching: By the end of the presentation, attendees should have a well-rounded understanding of how AI can enhance executive coaching through features like emotional intelligence training, decision-making simulators, and data-driven feedback. They should also be aware of the limitations, such as ethical considerations and the importance of human oversight as current models are prone to hallucinations, bad behavior, and cyberattacks.
  • Insight into Practical Applications and ROI: Attendees should walk away with concrete examples or case studies that demonstrate the real-world effectiveness of AI in executive coaching. This would include key metrics or KPIs that show the ROI of implementing AI coaching strategies for senior managers and executives.
  • Foresight into Future Trends: Last, the audience should gain an understanding of how AI technologies are evolving and how they can be integrated with traditional coaching methods for a more comprehensive coaching solution. This should equip them with the knowledge to make informed decisions about adopting AI in their own coaching or leadership development programs.
