Meet Our Presenters
Mike Caracalas helps senior executives who are frustrated by all the drama that comes with leading people. His depth of coaching skill is the result of nearly 30 years developing leaders, countless hours of formal and informal learning, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of the leaders he coaches. For the first 18 years of his career, Mike developed leaders internally for organizations such as Mount Sinai Medical Center, Sun Microsystems, and Yum Brands. For the past 10+ years, Mike has built an independent coaching practice, serving senior level executives across a wide range of organizations. Mike’s philosophy of leadership is that “leaders take responsibility for their world.”

Paula Holland, CPCC

Her proven 3-part coaching process and tools combine positive intelligence, body awareness, conscious breathwork, energy clearing and expressive arts tools that dramatically accelerate the ability to achieve full potential and sustain living in positive energy.

Program Description:

The workplace is a dynamic environment. Coaching can occur individually, in a group, or among a team. Bringing together a group or team can be the engine of a machine. They bring together diverse sets of skills to solve problems, innovate, and execute strategy.

We will be hosting a group and team coaching panel discussion. We will have an opportunity to collect insight and advice from team and group coaching experts and thought leaders and will put questions before our panel that will give you a peek into their thoughts on the difference and benefits of group and team coaching, success measures, your role as a coach, highlights of the ICF Team Coaching Certification, and much, much more.

Program Outcomes:

From this panel discussions, participants will:
  • Clarify the difference between group and team coaching
  • Identify your role as a coach is different in a group and team coaching environment
  • Apply learnings to help the team and group identify success measures
  • Demonstrate actions you can take to create an environment of trust and safety when coaching groups and teams
  • Create awareness around success factors and pitfalls when engaging in group or team coaching
