Join us on July 16 for our second DEIB Lunch and Learn session to move beyond inviting voices into the room and toward shared ownership within coaching relationships and organizational culture. This session will include a 45-minute interactive presentation and a 15-minute facilitated dialogue. Attendees will:
- Differentiate inclusion from co creation.
- Identify power dynamics that limit shared success.
- Apply collaborative frameworks that promote mutual accountability and growth.
