What is the value of ICF North Texas?
Here's what coaches have to say . . .
The Prism event yesterday was by far one of the best ICF events I’ve ever attended. I extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to you, the board, and all who contributed time, effort, and money in putting this event on. Thank you for your great leadership, and thanks to all who have supported this effort.
Again, thanks a bunch for last night. While it was a drive in one day, it was well worth it. Besides great 'coaching food' (and I am referring to the feeding of my coaching skills not stomach) it reminded how much I miss the business aspect and coaching brothers and sisters. I will be coming in some how for the monthly chapter meetings!!!
To have the blessed opportunity to partner with a team of great coaches like you all and to create a high quality event like last night makes me more proud than ever to be a coach and an affiliate of North Texas coaches.
You all ROCK!!
The passion of our speaker was inspiring – Thomas Leonard said,” I have a dream coaching will go around the world and change the way people communicate and interact forever.” Shaunna certainly epitomized the fruition of that dream in her brilliant and warm keynote. Wow! awe inspiring.
I was touched more than I expected by the event and the speaker. It was an opportunity to approach a candidate for next year's award. I'll meet with them in a couple of weeks to be together a strategy. The most important thing I heard last night was from Shaunna when she talked about how her life was full of love - for clients and others. I was flooded by the realization of how important you all are to me as a group and as individuals. I am blessed by the loves in my life. Thanks for be a big part of that.

Impact of Monthly Meetings
"I have been an ICF-NT member for several years. I've always enjoyed the education and the connection with my colleagues in the industry. I must say that the quality of education provided continues to get better and better each year. The programs this year have been outstanding! I've learned many tools and processes I can immediately apply to my work with clients. The ICF meetings are one of the big highlights of my month!"
In February, 2011, ICF North Texas coaches worked with leaders at the North Texas Food Bank Here's what some of those coaching clients had to say -
"Managing people is relatively new to me...The coaching and the steps we have taken as a result have helped me to build new management skills and find a way to solve what been a confusing and frustrating problem."
"After learning better approaches to uncomfortable situations, it minimizes my stress level.'
"One result is to better with all employees with a team spirit. It will take all employees for us to successfully fulfill our mission to help those in need.'
"She was a great listener and provided feedback in a non-threatening way."
