Sandi is a certified executive coach, an award-winning trainer, an international speaker, a Professional EOS Implementer, and a best-selling author. Her latest book is entitled Coloring Outside the Lines: A Grown-Up’s Guide to Increasing Emotional Intelligence.

For more than six years, Sandi and her client, Siobhan, created the coach-centric leadership development for Convene, culminating in numerous Best Places to Work awards and Prism Award Finalists for 2019.
