Program Description and Outcomes
:
2018 was a year of exciting changes at the ICF, changes that you need to know as you progress in your coaching journey. Join us for lunch and learning, and discover what’s new in ICF credentialing requirements at each level.
Learn about how the PCC Markers are both learning and measurement tools, and not just for PCCs!
We’ll dive in to the high value the ICF puts on “responsiveness to the client” and what that looks like in coaching.
We will do a shared exploration of the Coaching Maturity Model and the natural progression a coach makes on their learning journey.
Participants will leave with an energized next step on their unique coaching path.
