The PRISM Award was created to recognize, celebrate, and learn from organizations that have embraced coaching as an integral part of their leadership strategy. This year we are honoring the legacy of the award rather than honoring a specific organization. This year will feature a panel discussion including past Prism winners, CHRISTUS Health, The University of North Texas Health Science Center and The University of Texas at Dallas Executive and Leadership Coaching Program.
